... Wind Advisory remains in effect until noon PST today...

A Wind Advisory remains in effect until noon PST today.

East to northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph will
continue through the morning before diminishing some. The
strongest winds will occur along the Santa Clara River
Valley... the western San Fernando Valley... the Malibu Hills and
Simi Valley.

Winds will likely diminish below advisory criteria this
afternoon. However... the offshore winds will strengthen tonight
and additional wind advisories may be needed for the area.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph or greater are
expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult...
