Coastal Flood Statement
Issued by the National Weather Service at 10:11 am PST on November 22, 2009

Surf ranging from 2 to 3 feet and occasionally higher to 5 feet
along exposed west and northwest facing shores will gradually
subside through early afternoon. The potential for very strong rip
currents will remain high through the remainder of the morning in
the vicinity of The Breakers and will make swimming or surfing
potentially dangerous. High tide... near 5 feet... at Long Beach
Harbor is forecast to occur around noon with low tide around 8 PM
PST.
